Digital items
Digital support items and demo digital products normally do not require shipping. They may still appear on receipts for account and order history.
International orders
International shipping may be available where supported. Customs fees, duties, taxes, delivery delays, import rules, and carrier restrictions are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Restricted or review destinations
Some destinations may be unavailable or may require extra confirmation because of service limits, legal restrictions, fraud risk, or fulfillment availability.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for accurate addresses. If a package is returned or delayed due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply.
